John brings his experience working in the commercial construction industry to the Centerline Team. After spending many years on-site, building large commercial construction projects, he is now exclusively focused on estimating.

John's areas of estimating expertise encompasses “Start to Finish” estimating from early on Conceptual Estimating to detailed Bid Estimating. He is proficient with the latest take-off and estimating software programs. His knowledge gained as a General Contractor and Project Manager with building experience, brings hands-on practical knowledge to Centerline’s estimating process.

He currently holds license as a General Contractor – Class B, General Building Contractor and serves as an Industry Expert with the California State Contractors Board.
